What a legacy!
I’ve had so many DMs this morning with people asking me about the astrology so here we are… a Moon Saturn opposition at 7 and 8 degrees of Taurus and Scorpio, all square to the ascendent at 10 Leo.
A fixed T square activated by the Lunar Eclipse will have brought up all the emotions that are kept under wraps by Saturn. With a Scorpio Moon these are some deep and powerful emotions.
The Moon in our charts is where we feel, it’s where feelings flow in and out, it’s sensitive, needy and cuddly. Saturn, the task master famous for his return aged 29 is the OPPOSITE of the Moon.

Saturn rules Capricorn, the sign opposite.
The Moon and Saturn have similar themes in as much as they are FUNDAMENTAL to who we are. When someone is really aligned with who they are then they will behave like their Saturn Sign, it’s anchored to our identity. (This is my observation and not something you’ll read in text books, well you might, but not any that I’ve read.)
Chandler is a classic Saturn type because he’s known for his wit and comic timing. Try and reach his Moon, bam, Saturn delivers a one liner and lets you know there’s no entry. However, for anyone who can get past Saturn’s walls… there is a love and loyalty like no other on the other side of fear.
Saturn is linked to pain, with the Moon emotional pain and an opposition can create loneliness and isolation. In all the reading I’ve done about astrology Saturn aspects to the Moon are some of the most savagely written about in the older text books. I’d say that only Mars Saturn gets more bad press.
I’m always trying to find ways for us to use our charts as a tool for positive change but part of understanding our chart is also being validated and accepted for what we are. Understanding that there is an innate loneliness in Moon Saturn type, is not great news but it’s validating and can stop you thinking you’re going crazy. It can help you understand why you feel so fake and lonely walking into a room full of strangers, even when you’re as famous and well loved as Matthew Perry was. To be honest I think that would make it worse. The Moon Saturn needs alone time to be quiet and depressed (like all good comedians!) Too much socialising and having to deflect everything with wit would be exhausting.
An auspicious Full Moon passing to the next life. Saturn does equate with endings of all sorts and I hope for safe passings for all to the next life.
